He constructed a mammoth recreation room for all the six principal leads Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Ritesh Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Lisa Haydon and Nargis Fakhri to have fun in and relax between shots. 

The room was equipped with all the choicest indoor games including billiards, scrabble, monopoly plus video games, a home theatre, etc. 

Says Akshay Kumar, "It was what we called the chill room. We all hung out there together instead of going to different places when not shooting. This helped us to bond better. It was the perfect way to be comfortable with one another when not shooting."

Why people of Muzaffarnagar are upset with 'Sultan' Salman Khan?

Salman Khan recently shot for Sultan in Morna village of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Some of the locals are piqued that the makers of the film are passing off the area as Rewari in Haryana.

The boards that were put up during the shoot had Haryana addresses on it. 

One of the locals has also filed a complaint against the star and director Ali Abbas Zafar saying that taking geographical liberties has offended the people of Morna. The judicial magistrate of Muzaffarnagar court heard the case yesterday.

Big Clash: SRK to take on Ajay and Hrithik

After much to and fro, makers of Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees' lock January 26, 2017 for release; the film will now clash with Ajay Devgn's 'Baadshaho' and Hrithik Roshan's 'Kaabil'

For a long time now, makers of Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees' have been looking for an apt release date. After deciding against a clash with Salman Khan's 'Sultan' this Eid, speculation was rife that the film will move to Diwali and release alongside Ajay Devgn's 'Shivaay'. Now, in a joint statement, the producers of 'Raees' - Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani - and SRK have revealed that the film will release on January 26, 2017.

"It was not an easy decision to move the film. We understand that 'Raees' is highly anticipated. However, a film of such magnitude requires the appropriate showcasing and therefore, we have decided to shift our release date to 26th January 2017," the statement read.


With this, the SRK-starrer will now clash with Hrithik Roshan's 'Kaabil' and Ajay Devgn's 'Baadshaho'. Says a source, "The announcement of Raees' release date is a huge relief for other filmmakers as they can now schedule their films accordingly. But, to avoid a clash with Salman's film, the project will now have to take on two big films.

However, there is no clarity if the other two films intend to stick to January 26, 2017 to enter theatres. Who knows, they might consider moving their release dates now." The source adds, "The makers will also get enough time to market the film well and also work on the other aspects."

The trailer of Amitabh Bachchan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vidya Balan starrer 'TE3N' is out! The film's trailer was launched at an event in Mumbai on Thursday. Actors Amitabh Bachchan and Vidya Balan, director Ribhu Dasgupta and producer Sujoy Ghosh attended the event. Strangely, however, Nawazuddin Siddiqui gave the event a miss. Produced by Sujoy Ghosh, the thriller is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta, who served as the director of 2014 TV drama mini-series 'Yudh', with Bachchan in the lead role.

'TE3N' is set to release on June 10.

Baaghi shatters records with its opening weekend collection

Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor starrer, 'Baaghi' has taken the Indian and gulf markets by storm and hit the bulls eye! The Jaw Dropping stunts, which have been pulled off easily by Tiger and Shraddha leaves the audience stunned and makes you go whistle at the same time.

Has Sussanne reunited with Hrithik?

Sussanne Khan has shot down speculation that she is getting back with her former husband Hrithik Roshan, saying they will never reconcile. Sussanne, who raises two children with Hrithik, separated from the actor in 2014.  "I request people to stop speculating. There will never be a reconciliation with @iHrithik. But we will always be good parents. #no1priority," Sussanne posted on Twitter. Reports of the couple getting back together surfaced when the two were spotted together on a lunch date with their children recently.

Last week, Sussanne had also tweeted a picture of them in happier times in a show of support to the 42-year-old actor, who is embroiled in a bitter legal battle with "Queen" actress Kangana Ranaut. The interior designer took to Twitter to say that an image leaked online showing Hrithik hugging Kangana was photoshopped. "pictures are photoshopped and untrue stories carry 2 much weight.another pic for d rec. I support @iHrithik in this (sic)," Sussanne had said.

Why does Nargis felt awkward in kissing Emraan?

Actress Nargis Fakhri says she found it ridiculous to do retakes of kissing scenes with co-star Emraan Hashmi in their upcoming film "Azhar".

"I was not aware these many kissing scenes will be there. I was like I will charge extra as this is ridiculous, as there were retakes and reshoots, so I was like is this a joke," Nargis told PTI.

According to the "Rockstar" actress, she feels awkward while doing kissing or intimate scenes. "It is always awkward for me as I am shy, even though I don't look like a shy. I giggle so much or make jokes to get away from the tension. It's nice when you have a good co-star who makes you feel comfortable...," she said.The 36-year-old actress is all praise for Emraan.


"He is cool, down-to-earth man. He is professional and makes you feel comfortable," she said.The movie "Azhar" is based on the life of former Indian cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin. Featuring Emraan, Nargis, Prachi Desai, Gautam Gulati and others, the film hits the screens on May 13.

Hrithik-Kangana Row: Did Kangana succumb to pressure?

Kangana Ranaut's lawyer has said his client will not succumb to pressure despite some "common people" trying to scare the actress away in her legal battle with Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan.

Kangana, 29, gave her statement to police yesterday in connection with an FIR filed by Hrithik that an online imposter had been sending e-mails under his guise to his fans and the actress. 

"My client Kangana Ranaut shall never succumb to any pressure. Some common people who had intervened had a fixed agenda of only scaring my client and hiding the truth, which could not happen," Kangana's lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee said in a statement.

"The world including people from the film industry need to learn that in today's changing time no woman is scared of anything if she is fiercely determined, and has the truth by her side," he added.

Siddiquee rejected Hrithik's claim that Kangana was interacting with an imposter. "My client knows and is fully convinced that there is no imposter as had there really been one, then Hrithik himself would have immediately acted on my client's sister complaint which he received on his correct email id on the 25th of May 2014.

"His own acts of commissions and omissions after receipt of the said emails from my client's sister, coupled with his blatant lies from time to time, speak volumes of his conduct."

The lawyer accused the "Bang Bang!" star of "slut shaming" Kangana to strengthen his case. "To have an edge over my client he has tried everything within his means including slut-shaming, changing his public relations team, obtaining private cyber report which was paid for by him and also by changing his lawyer. However nothing is going to help as Hrithik Roshan cannot change the facts of the matter."


Meanwhile, Hrithik's lawyers said they are happy the 29-year-old actress has finally recorded the statement with the police, something they believe she should have done earlier.

"We welcome the move. It has taken so long for them to take this basic first step. Recording of statement is the first step in any investigative process. A lot of delay and drama has happened before this first step," they said.

"It's not for them to say if police are happy with them or not, let that come from the investigative agencies. Let's not try and confuse the matter further with various statements. Let the investigation speak for itself."

Salman Khan's Sultan declared tax free in Uttar Pradesh

Earlier we had reported that the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav had gone out of his way to ensure the Yash Raj Films' project Sultan that features Salman Khan have a hassle free shoot schedule in the state. Well, after wrapping the shoot both Salman and the film's director Ali Abbaz Zafar took to twitter thanking the chief minister and the state government for the hospitality. Now we hear that the still underproduction film has already received a tax free status in UP.

In fact, The State Minister of Entertainment Department UP, Madan Chauhan has announced the tax free status for the film. The reason behind this move is apparently to encourage filmmakers to shoot more in the state for which the filmmakers will get complete support from the Government. As forSultan's tax free status, the film will enjoy a tax break not just in multiplexes but in single screens as well, along with a special scheme that will be brought in by the government later. 

Sultan was shot at Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh recently is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar also stars Anushka Sharma, Randeep Hooda and Amit Sadh. The film is set to hit the screens in Eid this year.

Aamir Khan's next titled Secret Superstar

Aamir Khan has always been known for his policy of making just one film a year. The perfectionist actor who will be seen later this year in the film Dangal has apparently signed his next which is titledSecret Superstar.

In fact we hear that though Aamir Khan will not be playing the lead in the film, his role will not be a cameo either, but rather an important role of a music composer. Secret Superstar that will mark Aamir's manager Advait Chandan's directorial debut will revolve around a child and a mother, who are yet to be cast. 

Earlier titled Aaj Phir Jeene Ki Tamanna Hai, the film which has been renamed to Secret Superstar is said to be a musical with Amit Trivedi composing the tracks and Kausar Munir working on the lyrics. The film, which starts rolling in June, will have its first schedule in Baroda before shifting to Mumbai.

Parineeti credit her weight loss to 'Bollywood pressure

Many have criticised Parineeti Chopra's drastic weight loss, saying she succumbed to Bollywood's preference for skinny girls, but the actress admits says she is only thankful for this "pressure" as it pushed her to attain a fitter body. The actress has suddenly become a darling of luxury clothing brands and also earned numerous style awards courtesy her new toned figure. Parineeti feels proud of her weight loss and says she is at peace now.



Sharing an old picture of her when she used to on the heavier side, the "Kill Dil" star wrote on Instagram, "All my life, I have struggled with how I look, how I feel, and how people looked at me. I was constantly made fun of, but the person I was, I generously laughed with them.

"Today, many people ask me what triggered the weight loss, did I give in to the "bollywood pressure"? To that I say - thank God I became an actor and had that pressure! I am able to achieve what I couldn't achieve otherwise. I feel more confident, I feel at peace, and I feel proud!"

The 27-year-old said she is glad her journey to fitness has inspired girls and women across the world. "Girls and women meet me all around the world, at airports, events, on the street; they hold my hand, hug me, and tell me their struggles and how I changed their lives. They show me their wallpapers, their wallets, and it's all pictures of me!

"They look at those pictures and want to make that change in their own lives. I have seen women tear up and tell me I changed their life. Post delivery weight, teenage obesity, they are fighting it, and I am their inspiration. As an actor, There is no bigger achievement for me," Parineeti wrote.

Hrithik slams anti-Kangana trend on Twitter

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, who is embroiled in a legal tussle with Kangana Ranaut, has criticised a Twitter trend which attacks the actress by calling her "characterless" and "publicity hungry".

The trend titled, "Characterless Kangana", features tweets mentioning her past affairs.

"I like her acting but not her cheap tricks CHARACTER LESS KANGANA," one Twitter user wrote, while another posted, "Kangana used controversial way for making publicity. That is just so cheap. CHARACTER LESS KANGANA."

Soon after the trend began, Hrithik, 42, wrote, "It is characterless to judge another. Whatever may be the case. Strangle the anger. Channelize love."



The two actors have been at loggerheads since the "Queen" star called Hrithik her 'silly ex'.

The feud between Hrithik and his "Krrish 3" co-star turned nasty after they slapped legal notices on each other. Hrithik, who was the first to send the legal notice, has demanded that she apologise in a press conference and clear the air about their alleged affair which he firmly refutes.
